No: While Jaw (Orthognathic) Surgery is often required in addition to braces to resolve malocclusion in adults, the gold standard for tooth straightening remains braces. Why don't you schedule an Initial Exam (usually free or modest cost) with an Orthodontist to discuss the extent of your problem and the treatment solutions that are available. You'll be glad you did.
