Should parents encourage kids to believe in fantasy characters like easter bunny?

Yes: Imagination in children is a very important part of childhood. Santa claus and the easter bunny are "lovable" characters and as the child grows and discovers the truth, he finds it amusing usually. It is all part of the fun of a family growing togetherf in a loving lifestyle.

Normal milestones: Fantasy characters are a normal part of the early brain development in kids and no parent needs to worry about "lying" to their kid in these matters. The tooth fairy and magic character begins to fade at 7-8 when they transition to more concrete thinking, but the real fun starts as teens. You can never understand what your thinks because your brain transitioned out of those ideas.Let them be kids
