Difficult: Requires power tool (like Dremel) and takes a while. If in occupation likely subject to hand trauma (like mechanic / miller / etc.) can talk to jeweler about drilling 4 tiny holes through ring (3/6/9/12 o'clock) to create weak points in the ring...or wear ring on a chain around neck while working.
