Not particularly: There is a prescription combo called vicoprofen, which contains Hydrocodone and Ibuprofen (motrin, advil (ibuprofen) and others). If kept to therapeutic doses, it is no more dangerous, and may be more effective for inflammatory pains like arthritis, than the combos of hydrocodone with tylenol (acetaminophen).
