Nasal Saline/Fluids: If your child has nasal congestion, nasal saline drops and gently suctioning out the mucus will help with post nasal drip and cough. For prolonged fever, trouble breathing, prolonged cough, a physician visit is recommended. Monitor his fever and provide fluids to keep your child well hydrated.
