NO smoke=GOOD smoke: Nothing rising as smoke from the burning tip of anything can have more benefits than risks if inhaled directly into the lungs. Smoke contains particulate matter and hydrocarbons which are toxic to hair cells lining the bronchi as well as to the delicate alveolar membranes responsible for delicately exchanging oxygen and carbon dioxide. Therefore, just remember- no smoke is good smok.
