For someone diagnosed reiters syndrome, is there any pattern to when/why arthritis begins and stops?

Not necessarily!: But reiter's is remmitable. That said, patients feel pain with falls in barometric pressure, activity, etcc. Anyone with reiter's should be treated with antimicrobials. The tnf-alpha inhibitotrs work very well in conjuction with older drugs!
