Stretching: Both calves or just one? If it is both, then i would suggest researching proper stretches either prior to or after running or both. It is hard to say for sure, and i would consider seeing a dr. To possibly refer you to a physical therapist. There may be other reasons so seeing a dr. Needs to be your first step.
