Sexually active again after 2yrs; period has lasted longer than norm & period is like clockwork, should i be concerned?

How long is longer?: One's regular doctor or ob-gyn doctor can check to see what the details are (one should be having annual check-ups anyway), but having very regular periods is a good sign. Other concerns about being sexually active include infections, hpv that can lead to warts and cancer, odors and discharges, pregnancies, emotional stressors leading to more or less happiness, etc...
