Normal menstrual: A normal average menstral cycle is about 28 days long. Some women's cycles are as short as 21 days or as long as 35 days. You count the cycle from the first day your period started. If you have a 28 day cycle and your period started on August 10th, then the next period would start around September 6th. You can get an app for your phone to keep track too!
