Skin cancer: It is wise to share any skin changes including suspected skin cancer spots with your OB gyn and dermatologist. A simple skin biopsy (safe during pregnancy) is required if the lesion is suspicious.

Yes: In addition you could bring it to the attention of your dermaologist. Any skin lesion that is new or is changing should be brought to the attention of your dermaologist. Any remember to protect you skin. Wear sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 and try to cover up as much as possible when outdoors for prolonged periods of time.
