Yes: You can get pregnant but your risk of another tubal pregnancy is high. If you have a positive pregnancy test you need to see your physician early to ensure it is not in the tube. It is also possible that you won't achieve pregnancy without assistance, but your doctor should help you determine this.

Possibly: You can still get pregnant (assuming you still have one open tube), but you have an increased chance that the next pregnancy will also be in your tube. I would discuss this with your doctor.
