No: Do not put a heating pad on a pregnant belly. You may heat the baby up too much. You can use a heating pad on the neck, shoulders, back and limbs while pregnant.

Yes, cautiously: Low heat setting only and please do not fall asleep with the pad in place to avoid overexposure to heat.
