1st 3 weeks of pregnancy i used a heat pad on my tummy mult. x's a day every day. (over my shirt, but enough to make the skin reddish.) could it have raised not my core temp, but the baby's temp? :(

Doubt it.: Since there is a lot of amniotic fluid and tissue separating the fetus from the heat pad, any effect would be insignificant on the baby.

Fine: Early in pregnancy when the baby is just a few cells this should not make any difference.
