Normal: Hypertension is defined as elevated basal blood pressure. Basal means at complete rest. It's normal, healthy, and physiologic for both your hr and BP to rise with activity. This is how your heart responds to increased demand for oxygen and nutrient needs of your peripheral muscles. Your measurements are normal. I advise you not to interfere with them.
