Possibly DSSS: Although it appears from your medicines that there might be other issues that can affect sleep (anxiety, depression?) you could be describing delayed sleep phase syndrome, not uncommon in teenagers where the time to sleep shifts gradually from a normal, say, 11pm to 7am to a desired 4am to noon. Still 8 hours but hard to function like this. A consultation with a sleep specialist would help.
