Why?: If you are otherwise healthy and have no significant family hx for rare or genetic diseases which can be specifically tested for. But to shotgun has many downsides. Let us say you have a gene that doubles the likelyhood of a bad problem, but the chances are still better you won't get .It. You will worry all your life! for what reason, when you can be hit by a car tomorrow!
