A doctor has provided 1 answer

Panic attack: If you have been evaluated by your dr who reassured you that you are fine medically, then you may be suffering from a panic attack. Symptoms include chest pressure, shortness of breath, rapid heart rate and fear of dying. See your physician for a referral to a mental health specialist. Sometimes asthma attacks can mimic a panic attack b/c they can be assoc. W/ extreme anxiety.
