Drink fluid: Many things may present as vomiting and diarrhea including food poisoning, viral / bacteria / protozoa infections. For food poisoning, it will improve with time. Drink plenty of fluid to prevent dehydration. Fluid that has sugar / sodium / potassium is best for replacement like gatorade. Seek local medical care if you see blood, mucus in your stool or get dizziness or fever.
