Prostatitis: Your symptoms are consistent with a chronic prostatitis. Most common type is non-bacterial and treatment can be more complex often requiring patience and trial and error with a variety of options. That said, the finding of klebsiella on semen/prostate fluid culture suggests a chronic bacterial prostatitis which requires long term antibiotic treatment and further assessment of lower urinary tract.
