Might: It's a good treatment but cold extremities which you list as a condition is not the same as raynaud's. Perhaps you really do have raynaud's but amlodipine is not likely to make your extremities warm. That's because it prevents spasm which can lead to gangrene, but it's not able to overcome normal neurally mediated vasomotor tone.

Ca+ Ch blockade: Raynaud's syndrome/phenomenon are vasospastic disorders, the Sxs of which can be mitigated w/ calcium channel antagonists, like Procardia (nifedipine), low dose 10-30 mg daily. Other Ca Ch blockers may cause too much hypotension as Nifedipine works primarily in the periphery, rather than on the cardiac muscle...
