Tough to say: Without an exam, it is tough to say, ..Could be a pimple, a cyst, an early abscess, an infected hair follicle, etc. Etc. See a health care provider and when it gets looked at and officially evaluated, you will get the real answer. Best wishes.

Many things: Pimple, draining tooth abscess, ulcer, neoplasm, bruise, etc. It could be so many things that you should have it immediately checked by your physician.
