? Not sure/maybe: This is an intriguing question. I treat or have treated many women w/ acl deficient knees. No patients that i can recall have noted or questioned me on an association between menstrual periods and increased knee instability, but there may be in some patients... Increased estrogen and prog.During pregnancy increase joint'laxity' in the pelvis...Possible it may impact your knee laxity slightly...
