Maybe: Trimethylminuria or fish odor syndrome is an extremely difficult genetic problem to treat. I would go online and try to find a genetic specialist. This may be an internist or an endocrinologist. In addition, try the university medical school, department of medicine. I hope this helps. Good luck.
