Lactating: See your obstetrician to find out why you are lactating. There may be a connection to the fact that you are having difficulty conceiving.

Many possibilities: Hormonal problems top my list, anything from low thyroid levels to elevated prolactin levels. I would very much recommend a thorough work-up by your doctor.
