Tell employer: Your employer may not know and may be happy to correct violations once advised. Also, employer cannot fire you for alerting him or her of such violations. Do it in a non-confrontational manner so employer doesn't become defensive.

Absolutely!: Osha standards are for your protection. Not fully disclosing a violation puts you and your coworkers at risk. Do not be afraid to do the right thing.
