Possibly not: For the treatment of gonorrhea (fc), the centers for disease control and prevention (cdc) currently recommends combination therapy with Ceftriaxone 250 mg as a single intramuscular dose, plus either Azithromycin 1 g orally or Doxycycline 100 mg orally twice daily for 7 days and a repeat test for cure 1 week after treatment which i would recommend if you only received the 1 g azithromycin.
