Redness: Redness can be the result of friction or inflammation from a number of rashes such as eczema. If the area becomes tender and a blister appears the possibility of a cold sore exists. See a dermatologist if the condition does not improve with moisturizing the area.

I am experiencing skin redness or irritation around my lips after I eat, laugh, even kiss. This redness, when i'm not eating etc, is a brown pigmented line which looks like a distorted lip liner. This started 6 years ago as a small brown dot.
What are these red dots on my lips, they suddenly appeared, I didnt use any lip balm, shared anything with anyone, didnt kiss anyone,what is it?
