Believe in yourself: It's not exactly clear where you want to go. When it comes to being out of work, you need to believe in yourself. If stress is the major issue, leading perhaps to anxiety & depression, go see your family physician to see if you need medication or not. If your health isn't ideal, go see your family physician for an evaluation and recommendations. S/he can also direct you towards caregivers.
