That depends: If the caregiver isn't able to maintains a positive attitude and balance in his/her life it could lead to physical or emotional exhaustion, not having enough time to take care of your own needs or responsibilities, feelings of resentment, problems with sleep, trouble relaxing, irritability, poor concentration & feeling like your entire life revolves around the person you are caring for.
