Anything is possible: But this is a very unlikely scenario for transmission of disease. Personally, i wouldn't worry about it.

No: You're young and life's scary. You wouldn't worry about shaking hands with someone with a healing cut -- both of you have your skin sealed, yours intact, his/hers by scab. Even directly handling somebody's band-aid poses no more of a risk.
