No.: Most germs that cause disease need a way to get in your body, either through mucous membranes (like your mouth, eyes, or genitals), by being eaten, by being breathed in, or piercing the skin. A few can cause disease through intact skin, but these are relatively rare. Your shoe is a poor reservoir for live germs; almost all that cause disease will die quickly. You have extremely little risk.
