No expert here: But i'll tell you what i now since I do sometimes have women on medications that can lead to hair thinning. Selenium and folate (folic acid) are good supplements. Does female balding run in your family? Are you taking medications that can lead to hair thinning? Doctor should check thyroid function. Dermatologist is the expert in this case.
