6 weeks ago, i started getting a shooting pain down both arms whenever i got a fright. it was a sudden change and it's continued since. should i worry?

Probably not serious: This type of pain is usually not serious in a young person, but there are some medical conditions that can make it worse. Hyperventilation can cause pain, tingling and numbness in the arms, but it is worse if you have a low calcium level. Best to talk with your doctor about these pains.
