Pregnant ; nasal: It is not uncommon to experience stuffy or congested nose during pregnancy. It may be that some excess mucus produced is crusting up and when you blow your nose, you get a bit of blood mixing in with the mucus. With the permission of your ob, try saline nasal spay or rinse to see if this reduces or resolves this issue.
