Risky for pregnancy: Plan b is advised immediately to next day in such cases. You can check with store bought pregnancy kit about one week after next period is due if normal menstruation does not occur. Good luck.

Condom slippage: There is no point in calculating odds here because it is like a regular intercourse at the right time to get pregnant. If not wanting to get pregnant, you should take contraceptive precautions.
