Could artificial flavoring cause cancer?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: I don't believe it. Government regulators tend to be zealots and each chemical added to food is checked for its ability to mutate dna. A few old food colors that did this are gone. Mother nature itself is full of cancer-causing chemicals in quantities well above what we'd accept from additives. Stop worrying, eat what you like (i prefer natural stuff) and keep up the customary watch for cancer.
