Optic nerve photos: If using dye, then it's fluorescein angiography. There are different ways of photographing the inside of the eyes, but these are most common.

Fundus photo: Fundus photography and retinal photography are two terms commonly used to describe photographing the inside of the eye. If only the inside of the front part of the eye is photographed, it is called anterior chamber photography.
