A member asked:

Can you give me more info on panner's disease (affects elbow)- what helps?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Rest: Panners disease is something that occurs in children. Nobody really knows why it happens but it's a problem with the blood supply to the capitellum of the elbow. Common in gymnast and throwing athletes who put lots of stress on their elbows.
