Can you clarify ;: Re-ask please. Did you have a rhinoplasty with undesired outcome? Do you want to have a rhinoplasty but can't. What is the issue.

Depends: If you are a year after rhinoplasty see your original surgeon to discuss what you are unhappy with. If you are earlier swelling may still resolve so be patient. Also see your surgeon in that case as well!
