Cysts: A dentigerous cyst is a cyst of development origin related to the development of a tooth in the jaw. A non-dentigerous cyst would be one not associated with a developing tooth. For example, a mucous cyst, eruption cyst, nasopalatine cyst and traumatic bone cyst would be non-dentigerous cysts.
