No: There are no eye drops to open up permanently blocked tear ducts. The tear ducts drain tears away from our eyes, so the symptom is usually excessive tearing. Tear ducts do not manufacture our tears, so the only way to open them if they are completely blocked is to try and irrigate them (can be tried in the office by an ophthalmologist) or surgically done in the operating room (by specialist).
