A member asked:

Could durex condoms contain benzene?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe: I don't know about the Durex brand specifically; however, condoms are made from latex. And latex is produced from rubber through a process called vulcanization. During this process, benzene is frequently used. Is it possible there is some residual benzene on the condoms? Possibly but it would be a very minute amount. Best wishes!
