Tell me about sixth lumbar vertebra?

Nornally a sixth: Lumbar vertebrae is actually a sacral vertebrae, or s1, that did not fuse with the rest of the sacrum. This is not pathologic for any disease processes or anything to worry about if there are no symptoms.
