Depends where: If it is in the vertebral bodies, where we commonly find them, avoid becoming osteoporotic and they should cause in trouble at all. If you have a rare hemangioma that has developed somewhere else in the spine, it would depend if it impinges on any nerves or the central canal. On the skin it does not pose any danger normally.
