Serious Rx: Acne on the trunk usually requires a combination of topical and prescription systemic rx at least for a while. Topical benzoyl peroxide plus a systemic such as tetracycline may clear you. Acne eventually self-cures, and is manageable until them. If you're a "she" and can take the oral contraceptive pill, or are brave enough for isotretinoin, consider these if offered.
