Cure no; relief yes!: Seasonal allergies from pollens/mold can cause significant symptoms including post nasal drip that interfere with quality of life. Avoidance measures are generally not practical. Antihistamines and topical nasal steroid sprays are the best treatment approach. For long term treatment, the best approach is allergy shot from a board-certified allergist. The relief is worth the inconvenience.
