Floaters: Any new onset of floaters should be checked by an ophthalmologist to rule out retinal problems such as retinal tear / detachment. Floaters are usually physical particles within the vitreous of the eye, and no consumed medication or food will help them to clear, only time alone. I am not sure of the aneurysm maculopathy you refer to (diabetic?). This requires treatment of the underlying condition.
