Hi doctors, was just wondering what is best treatment for osteoarthritis in lower back and thumbs and increasing body aches and pains?

Check diagnosis: At 36 itcwould be exceedingly unusual to have osteoarthritis without major trauma at this age i would be more concerned about a condition called spondylitis. I would seek the consultation of a rheumatologist to first make the correct diagnosis and start proper therapy.
