I have congenital heart disease: tetralogy of fallot., any suggestions?

Expert follow-up: I am going to assume that you have had surgery to "repair" your condition. Even after surgery, though, your heart will not typically be truly normal. You should have regular follow-up by someone expert in the follow-up of adults with congenital heart disease. Long-term problems include pulmonary insufficiency, right heart failure, arrhythmias, and pulmonary stenosis (arterial).
